August 2020 - Mid-pandemic. The first move-out of my life, leaving my full-time job, and exploring the scene for the first time. Ice-cold streets. Fantasy existing only in my mind — tendrils of what SF used to be.

Redondo Beach, CA
Spring 2019. Still in college, I had to express myself in ways that I only knew how — by asking my beautiful friend if I could style and model her for the millionth time, but not for parties — for a spontaneous weekend shoot in her second hometown of Redondo Beach.
These photos were so much fun to shoot! In response to the many questions about her race, Maivy is from Germany and lives in Redondo Beach, CA. She’s currently thriving.
